Our services

Art Therapy

(Children, Adolescents & Adults)

Art therapy provides creative, trauma-informed support for children, teenagers, and adults navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As a qualified Art Therapist, I offer individual art therapy sessions in Melbourne’s Bayside area, supporting young people and adults experiencing:

• Anxiety and depression
• School refusal and academic stress
• ADHD
• Autism spectrum differences
• Attachment challenges
• Behavioral concerns
• Trauma recovery
• Identity exploration
• Burnout
• Life transitions

Art therapy is particularly helpful for individuals who find it difficult to express emotions verbally. Through drawing, painting, symbolic exploration, sand tray, and other creative processes, clients can communicate experiences safely and meaningfully.

Creative expression supports emotional regulation, nervous system safety, self-understanding, and resilience. Sessions are client-led, neuro-affirming, and grounded in relational safety. No artistic skill is required — the focus is on process, not product. Art therapy offers a gentle yet powerful pathway toward growth, healing, and greater emotional wellbeing.

Counselling (Adolescents & Adults)

Parent Counselling

Parent counselling sessions provide practical, compassionate support for parents navigating behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, or complex family dynamics.

In these sessions, we explore your child’s nervous system responses and understand behaviour as communication rather than defiance. My approach is grounded in Peaceful Parenting principles, a PDA-informed lens, and neuro-affirming practice — focusing on relationship-based strategies, co-regulation, and reducing conflict at home.

Parent counselling is also a space for you — to reflect, feel supported, and strengthen your confidence as a parent. Together, we develop realistic and sustainable strategies to help you feel calmer, more connected, and more empowered in your parenting journey.

Available in Melbourne’s Bayside and Inner South.

Play Therapy

Play therapy sessions provide developmentally appropriate, child-centred support for children experiencing emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, behavioural challenges, or social struggles.

As a qualified Art Therapist in Melbourne’s Bayside area, I use play-based and expressive approaches to help children safely express feelings, build resilience, and strengthen relational confidence. Sessions may include imaginative play, role play, sand tray therapy, creative storytelling, sensory exploration, and therapeutic games.

Through play — a child’s natural language — children can process big emotions, work through challenges, and develop healthy coping strategies in a way that feels safe and engaging. I gently support co-regulation, emotional understanding, and problem-solving while following the child’s lead.

Sessions are attuned, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, creating a secure therapeutic space where children can build confidence, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

Dyadic Sessions

Counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential space for teenagers and adults seeking support with anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and client-led counselling in Melbourne’s Bayside area. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may integrate evidence-informed approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, attachment theory, and nervous system-informed frameworks.

Together, we explore patterns, strengthen coping strategies, build emotional regulation skills, and deepen self-understanding.

Counselling is a collaborative and compassionate process, supporting you to feel more grounded, regulated, and connected in your everyday life.

Dyadic sessions support connection and relational repair between parent and child, or between siblings, through guided creative and play-based processes.

Using shared art-making, sand tray therapy, play, and reflective activities, we focus on strengthening attunement, communication, and emotional safety within the relationship. The creative process provides a gentle, non-confrontational way to explore patterns, rebuild trust, and enhance co-regulation.

These sessions are particularly beneficial for families navigating Autism, ADHD, trauma histories, attachment challenges, or relational stress.

By strengthening connection as the foundation, dyadic therapy supports resilience, regulation, and long-term relational wellbeing.
