Hi, I’m Kirsten — a qualified Art Therapist and Counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families across Melbourne’s Bayside and Inner South communities. I am registered with ANZACATA, ACA and PACFA.

I offer individual art therapy, play therapy, parent counselling, and dyadic family sessions grounded in creative, relational, and evidence-informed practice. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, client-led, and strength-based.

Through expressive art processes, sand tray work, symbolic exploration, movement-based interventions, and play-based therapy, I support emotional regulation, nervous system safety, attachment development, and meaningful self-expression.

I believe healing happens in safe, connected relationships — and that creativity provides a powerful pathway for growth, resilience, and emotional wellbeing at every age.
